Chaogen- Sulpharoah

With it's dry, leathery skin and beady, white eyes one would think that Sulpharoah was already dead; well looks can be deceiving. Sulpharoah is a perfect example of a Chaogen that recieves a flaw from the mutagen. Sulpharoah dehydrates at an increased rate, hence the mummified look it has, and needs extra moisture to survive. Sulpharoah can easily compensate for this, his body emits a supersonic frequency that can separate H2O from his surroundings. He then soaks it up using a mild hydrokinesis that subconsciously channels the water to him. Sulpharoah can focus this frequency in front of him and rapidly dehydrate enemies, of course this is not instantaneous and takes time to dehydrate an entire kaiju.

The reason that Sulpharoah dehydrates at a rapid pace is that he emits extreme temperatures from his body, this is where the majority of his power comes from. Sulpharoah is able to fire concentrated blast of super-heated air from his mouth and the pores covering his body. The pressure is enough to punch holes in other kaiju and the heat is so extreme that contact will leave grievous burns. The teeth of Sulphaoah have been replaced with a gum line full of pores. The pores fire out jets of heated. compressed are that can cut through flesh like a hot knife through butter.

Because of his increase dehydration, Sulpharoah cannot fight in desert landscapes of other dry places. Also prolonged times in a single area will create a lack in ambient hydration causing him to relocate. Sulpharoah fights best near a body of water.

Personality-wise Sulpharoah is incredibly irritable, it doesn't take much to piss him off. Sulpharoah will try do get the job done as fast as possible so he can go back to his bunker and lay in his hydration tub.
